Former Indy 500 winner Sam Hornish Jr and his crew chief Chad Walter will be at Axel’s today at 3 pm. Sam is currently the driver of the no. 12 NASCAR Nationwide car and is currently 4th in points. Stop by and give Sam and Chad a big NH welcome.

Axel’s Food and Ice Cream will be open for the season on Saturday March 24 at 11:00 am. We will be offering some new and exciting additions to our already extensive menu. Please stop in for your favorite treat or just to say hi. Don’t forget that Axel’s is a pet friendly establishment that gives free doggy sundaes to our four legged friends.

Today we are remembering the events of September 11, 2001. We are grieving for the victims and crying with their families. We at Axel’s want to thank our military, our police officers and our fire fighters. Thank you for being our heroes!

Axel’s is pleased to announce the debut of our new homemade soft serve flavor of the week, peanut butter and chocolate fudge brownie made with Nana’s homemade brownies! Since we started serving it on Friday, the reviews have been over the top with excitement. Looks like we might have a keeper with this recipe.
